Cute baking :)

Hey guyz! I hope ur having a great weekend! :)So today i wanted to share some cute recipes ive been trying out or think are super cute and will try verry soon :)The first recipe i want toshare is a super easy one and ofcourse delicious!Chocolate chip cookies!! :)INGREDIENTS:2c. margarine (use tubs of Fleishmans for best results)2c. brown sugar1 1/2 c. sugar6 c. flour1/2 tsp salt3 eggs1 1/2 t. baking soda2 tbsp vanilla2c. (one bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips2c. (one bag) milk chocolate chipsDIRECTIONS:Cream together butter and sugars. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the flour and chocolate chips.Add flour (batter will be fairly dry). Fold in chocolate chips. Drop using a Large Cookie Scoop onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.http://easybaked.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/dscn5081.jpg (picture)Ive made this one a couple of times and its more then delicious!!Another recipe that tastes really yummie and looks super cute are the confetti kisses! (meringue)This is the recipe:http://easybaked.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/pink4.jpg (picture)INGREDIENTS:3 egg whites1/8t. salt3 1/2 T. raspberry Jell-O3/4 c. sugar1T. vinegarConfetti sprinklesINSTRUCTIONS:Preheat oven to 250 degreesBeat egg whites with salt until foaming.Add Jell-O and sugar as you beat mixture and beat until it stands in peaks.Add vinegar and gently mix.(if you want, you can add a few mini chocolate chips at this point! yum!)Spoon or pipe into small circles on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.Sprinkle with confetti sprinkles or jimmies.Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes, turn oven off and allow to sit for an additional 20 minutes.Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool completely.Just try them out and let me know what you think!!
